We take the time to understand your body before recommending care, ensuring we’re the right fit for you. And if we’re not, we’ll guide you in the right direction
Your first visit includes a comprehensive assessment: health history, spinal examination, posture scan, movement, strength, and balance testing.
If required, we may refer you for full-spine EOS imaging a low-exposure x-ray that is bulk-billed for Medicare card holders.
If you’re in pain, we’ll do what we can to provide relief on the day, depending on your condition.
At your second visit, we’ll explain your results, what they mean, and whether our unique style of chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
If so, we’ll jump right in to adjusting you, and develop a plan to get you back on track as soon as possible!

I highly recommend total balance chiropractic, I have been seeing James since January to be honest I didn’t think that seeing a chiropractor would make that much difference to my back and neck pain. I am totally amazed with the changes that I have noticed, my back and neck pain is almost but all gone, I’m standing straighter/taller, I am sleeping better. After each adjustment I feel that little bit better, it takes time as does everything. Not only James but all the staff are amazing they make you feel like part of the family love going in there

I have been seeing James at TOTAL BALANCE CHIROPRACTIC for an issue with my neck. James has been very professional and explaining each step to fixing my issue. I can now move my neck much easier than before. I am able to turn my head much easier and this is important to me as I am a motorcycle rider and need to perform head checks regularly when riding.I would recommend this business if you need help such as I did.

I have had a number of incidents throughout life that has caused problems with my back, neck and hips. Chiropractic care has relieved my pain and has given me more freedom in movement as well as a greater feeling of general wellbeing.
The team is always so lovely. I first went to James with terrible pain in my neck/shoulder and he really assisted. Rather than treat the symptom only, I've been on a plan and my posture has improved significantly over the last few months. Endonasal has been a game changer to my sinuses and I haven't had a tension headache in months!

I am in my 80s and came here 6 weeks ago with really bad sciatica. I had stabbing nerve pain in my lower back, and with pain all the way down my left leg. Already the stabbing pain has left me and life is once again worth living. I'm able to walk my dog for a good 40 minutes and at a much faster pace than before. I’ve been seeing James at Total Balance Chiro for a few years now. After a car accident, I had many issues with my neck and back. Going to James regularly meant that I recovered super quickly. I have kept going because I feel so great after getting adjusted. He is super gentle and kind, and the whole team at Total Balance Chiro is amazing. My husband has been seeing James for years as well and we started taking our son recently. He is patient with the little ones! Highly recommend everyone should see these guys, you won’t regret it!

Been going to total balance for a few years now and I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone else. I’ve had heaps of improvements. Mentally physically and emotionally. I’ve had Matt do a remedial massage and immediately I felt better. Tom has been doing my adjustments since the beginning as well as the other lovely team members and without the team at total balance chiropractic I wouldn’t have any relief ever. Matt Jones, remedial therapist works in conjunction with this practice and is fantastic! Since a car accident 25 years ago I’ve tried all types of therapies to manage muscular pain in my neck, back and shoulders. Matt is without doubt one of the best in his field.

I looked for chiropractic for spinal alignment and posture improvement. At the first appointment I was already impressed, because with the first alignment I returned to the posture I had more than 15 years ago, and with continued treatment it has improved with each alignment and maintained over the weeks. Total balance are extremely good ,I have back injuries and my wife has bad arthritis, we see Tom and he has really fixed my back .I had tried philosophy and other chiropractic clinics but what James and Tom do is so much better different to the other chiropractic practitioners but it really works I can’t recommend them enough it just works Mick odoherty

When I started seeing Tom my back and neck were an absolute mess. He set out a plan and explained the process and what to expect. It didn’t take long for him to get my pain under control and overtime he’s helped to unwind years of back issues which has helped me get more out of my fitness and life in general. The support staff are great! Don’t put up with back pain, go and see TBC and fix it.

I initially came here for preventive care, but did not realise how much stress and tension I was holding in my back. Tom was very thorough in explaining the state of my back and path to correcting it. He is very informative and helpful to answer every question I have. 12 weeks later and I feel completely different, my stability, flexibility, posture, and energy have all improved. The girls at the front door are lovely and also very flexible with making appointments work for you, making it an enjoyable experience as soon as you walk in the door.
I have been to a few different chiropractors and Total balance chiropratic have been the only one where i have recieved treatment that lasts and doesnt just give temporary relief. The staff are easy to deal with and also welcoming and you always feel you are in safe hands with any of the chiros. I highly recommend this team for any of your chiro needs.

Unless you've tried this kind of chiro, you haven't really tried chiro. They do a lot more adjustments, and actuslly check the success of those and read just multiple times. This is active adjustment, standing, laying, sitting. No adjustments are lahign face down on a bed!
I’ve just completed the 12 week course with Susanna and am feeling incredible!! Her adjustments have been a lifesaver through lockdown when I’ve been stuck at my desk, in my home, for weeks on end.
