Your Initial Chiropractic Session – $49

Offer Details

  • 1st chiropractic initial visit for $49.
  • $49 is payable in full at the time of your initial consultation.
  • The initial consultation (Item code 1002) may be claimable with your health fund.

Eligibility

  • Valid for new patients only.
  • Limit of one offer per person.
  • Not available with any other promotion or discount.

Booking Process

  • All new patient bookings are made as a New Patient Booking Request.
  • You’ll receive an intake form, which must be completed within 24 hours. Once received, your appointment will be confirmed.
  • Failure to complete the intake form within 24 hours may result in cancellation of your booking.

Deposits and Cancellations

  • A 100% non-refundable payment ($49) may be required at the time of booking.
  • If you cancel or reschedule, the following policy applies:
  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee.
  • No-show or less than 2 hours’ notice: 100% of the session fee.
  • As a courtesy, we send an SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment to allow time for any changes.
  • If you fail to attend or cancel your new patient appointment late, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook.

Validity

  • Appointments are subject to availability.

General

  • This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • The clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
